Cats Win 2014 John Slavin Award

In 2014 the Cambridgeshire Cats were the Premier Division winners of the John Slavin Trophy. 

The award is named after John Slavin, a long serving BAFRA official who passed away in 2005. BAFRA awards the trophy in even-numbered years to the team with the best marked field, taking into account the field dimensions, correct markings, goal posts, positioning of pylons and the overall general condition of the field.

The Cats also won the National award in 2006 and 2012 as well as the Premier Division award last season. The perfect facility scores 0 but the average score in the BAFANL Premier Division was 49.63. The Cats got a score of 1.3!
